Executive Consultation
I offer one on one consultation to executives, leaders, or managers in all positions of any organization. My Ph.D. dissertation involved something called interpersonal capacity in nearly 200 executives in large development companies. The study included full psychological reports for all of the executives involved, including intellectual batteries, personality scales, projective measures, and a detailed personal and developmental history.
I addition to my Clinical Psychology graduate work, I also trained at the doctoral level in Organizational and Consulting Psychology studying business and organizational strategy and process consultation.
If you are interested in consulting with me for executive and leadership services, the following is a description of how I work.
I offer only one form of leadership consultation: private individual sessions, lasting from one hour to a full weekend. I would suggest that we meet together either in person or over video and speak for 1-2 hours, initially. From there, if we both think it would benefit you to work with me, you could choose to meet with me regularly, as needed, or for an executive format weekend where we would talk for 6 hrs each day for two days.
There are no reports, no written contracts, and no generic assignments. My aim is to become very involved and knowledgeable about your personality, and to use my extensive training as a psychologist and psychoanalyst to link your executive experiences with yourself and with others to your psychological makeup. This can happen only through our dialogue, which should be internalized and absorbed, and taken with you experientially.
My fee structure is as follows:
Hourly fee for regular or as needed consultations: $350
Executive Format Weekend: $5,000. Please note that you do not have to pay me at all if you do not feel as though the experience was deeply important for you. In this case, you would agree to pay the full amount of my fee to any medical charity of your choosing.
